refund & shipping policy

Effective Date: October 2025

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads (e-books, music, or videos) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

2. Physical Products

Books, CDs, and other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Processing Time

Orders ship within 5–7 business days. Tracking details are emailed when the order ships.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund or report damage, email arg@alexisgwin.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
